NBFT Attends Charlotte Danielson Conference (2016)

The North Bergen Federation of Teachers attended The Framework for Teaching: Elevating Professional Learning conference session and workshops that took place at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) on August 2 - 4, 2016. This year’s conferences included a combination of both full-day workshops and 90-minute topical sessions. Keynote and panel discussions with Charlotte Danielson were included. Educators heard her latest thinking on how to move from mere ratings and rankings to a more educative culture that supports collaborative learning conversations and enhances the role of teacher leaders. Attendees at the conference had the opportunity to submit questions to Charlotte Danielson, herself.
